    Finance and Records Clerk

    The Mackenzie Valley Review Board has an immediate opening for a Finance and Records Clerk in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

    Reporting to the Executive Director, as the Finance and Records Clerk you will be responsible for providing records administration and financial support to the Review Board and its staff.

    Your duties will include maintaining the public registry for the Review Board's environmental assessment processes and processing financial information. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the electronic and manual records management system.

    On a day-to-day basis, you will ensure that proper indexing, storage and security of the Review Board's Document Management System and Public Registry Records are followed.
