Template for meeting report
Parties to an environmental assessment, including the developer, often meet outside of the process to deal with outstanding issues. The Review Board requires that these meetings be reported back to the Board in order for their outcomes to be included on the public record and considered as evidence. This template gives an outline of the format and information needed for this reporting.

Application for Party Status
Organizations or individuals who wish to become a party to an environmental assessment (i.e. wish to actively participate in all aspects of the assessment) should use this form to submit their request and contact information. -
Information Request Template
This document briefly describes the typical contents of an information request and should be used as a template when making an information request submission to the Review Board.
