Lutselk'e Dene First Nation, Lands & Environment Committee, is requesting clarification on possible assistance to the First Nation for the costs associated with attending and participating in the January public hearings for the Taltson Hydroelectric Expansion Project.
Parties to an environmental assessment, including the developer, often meet outside of the process to deal with outstanding issues. This letter makes clear that the predictions and analysis offered in the DAR by the developer uses an out-of-date boundary for the proposed East Arm National Park.
